Attorney Melanie E. Mize understands that hiring an attorney to handle your case from start to finish can come at a great cost and is often out of reach. That does not change the fact that your legal issue is important and needs to be effectively presented to the court. That is why we offer limited scope representation, or unbundled legal services. This is an “A La Carte” or “Pay as You Go” approach that allows you to obtain affordable legal assistance at certain stages of your case. We are available to draft documents, assist with trial preparation, provide legal advice and other support services on an as-needed basis.
